Come down to Liverpool’s impressive waterfront and run 5K with your work colleagues. You can compete against other teams within your organisation or perhaps raise a team to beat your industry rivals
You can raise money for charity, either one nominated by the race as this year’s charity or you might have a favourite company charity that you would like to support.
The only real rule is that all teams must contain at least one female,
you can even have four females but you can't have four males!!!
