JMU will be providing training information each month and we will start with a training programme for the Half Marathon Distance.

Next month (August) will feature a beginners programme for the 5K Distance – ideal if you are thinking of taking part in the Santa Dash for the first time.

September will see a 10k programme for Intermediate Runners.
