If there are timing chips available on the day then late entries will be taken on the day, although there is no guarantee ahead of race day. Entry fee will be £20 on the day.

Please try and enter as early as you can!

To enter download the Entry form.

BEFORE YOU ENTER! Please be advised that once you enter the event your entry fee is
under any circumstances. By entering the event either online or by postal entry you do so in agreement with this arrangement.

As last year the Asics 10K will be run in the surroundings of Sefton Park.

This year we have adopted two charities.

Mencap is the UK’s leading learning disability charity. Everything they do is about valuing and supporting children and adults with a learning disability, and their families and carers.

People with a learning disability are among the most excluded people in today’s society. Most are treated as ‘different’ and do not have the same control over their own lives as other members of our society.

Mencap believes everyone deserves equal rights and chances. That’s why they fight to change laws and challenge prejudice. And that’s why they provide services, in things like housing, employment, education and personal support that give thousands of people the chance to live their lives as they choose.

All runners that choose to support Mencap will be given a running t-shirt, training guide, fundraising pack and lots of support and encouragement! For further details please contact Charlotte Porter on 0161 968 9256 or

Every year in the UK, around 700,000 babies are born. Most are born healthy, but sadly 1 in 30 will be born with a condition or disability which can affect them for life. We want to change this.

Sparks is a unique children’s charity funding medical research into the prevention, treatment and cure for conditions and illnesses affecting children, babies and expectant mothers.

Help us to create a world where all children are given the best possible start in life, a healthy one.
